Privacy Policy

We collect the info you send us through forms or email so we can reply to you and help with your project.

This includes your name, email, phone, website link, budget, and any messages you send.

We don't sell your info. We use it to reply to you, review your project, and keep the site working safely.

Marketing emails are optional and separate from service enquiries. If you choose the marketing checkbox, we send a confirmation email. We subscribe you only after you confirm. We record the consent wording, version, request and confirmation times, and submission reference. You can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails or by replying “unsubscribe” to [email protected]. We retain a suppression record so we do not contact you again for marketing.

Connected social accounts and publishing

M3DS AI operates a hosted social publishing service, including the Postiz workspace at postiz.m3dsai.com and its connection to m3DSai OS. This section applies when customers connect accounts they own or are authorised to manage, including TikTok.

Information processed

Depending on the network and permissions you grant, we process account and channel identifiers, display names, profile images, connection permissions, access and refresh tokens, and connection status. We also process content you supply: captions, images, videos, drafts, schedules, selected audiences, disclosure settings, publishing instructions, platform post identifiers, links, and success or error results. Available reporting can include post performance or engagement information where you authorise that feature.

Purpose and sharing

We use this information to connect your selected accounts, display your workspace, prepare and publish your authorised posts, report publishing results, troubleshoot failures and protect the service. Scheduled publishing sends content and its settings to the selected social network at the time you instruct. We do not sell connected-account information or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Optional AI features, if selected, can send the content needed for that feature to its provider; do not include confidential information unless you are authorised to do so.

Our hosting, storage and operational service providers process information needed to run the service. Authorised workspace members and service administrators may access records as required for support and operation. Connected networks process information under their own policies, including TikTok's Privacy Policy. Published content may be public, depending on your selected audience. Providers and users may be located outside your country.

Storage, security and retention

Connection credentials and publishing records are stored in the service infrastructure. Tokens are used for authorised API access and may expire or be revoked. We restrict administrative access and use HTTPS for service connections; no service can guarantee absolute security. We retain connection data while needed for the connection and retain content and publishing records to provide your workspace and support. Deletion requests are handled by an administrator; limited records may need to be kept for security, disputes or legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until replaced through the backup lifecycle.

Disconnect, access and deletion requests

You can remove a channel in the publishing workspace or revoke access in the social network's connected-app settings. Revocation stops future authorised API access but does not itself erase stored drafts, uploaded media or already published posts. Review and cancel pending schedules when disconnecting.

To request access, correction or deletion of locally stored account connections, tokens, drafts, media, schedules or publishing records, email [email protected]. Identify the workspace and social account and the records concerned; do not send passwords or tokens. We verify your authority before acting and can confirm the result. For TikTok, you can also revoke the app through TikTok's app-permission settings. Deleting data from our service does not delete posts already published on a network; manage those posts on the network itself.

PRODJ3000

PRODJ3000 collects name, email, WhatsApp number and session cookies.

WhatsApp number is never used for codes; verification and password resets are by email.

Contacts sync to the M3DS CRM.

User audio and wallpapers stay on the user's device.

Multiplayer audio is peer-to-peer via WebRTC, with relay through M3DS AI's server as fallback.
