This site tells you about our services. Sending us a message doesn't make you a client until we both sign an agreement.

How long a project takes and what it costs depends on what we agree to and how quickly you can respond.

Social publishing service

These terms also cover our hosted social publishing workspace, including postiz.m3dsai.com and its connection to m3DSai OS. The service lets authorised customers connect supported accounts, prepare drafts and instruct immediate or scheduled publishing. Available features depend on the network, permissions, account eligibility and API approval. TikTok public direct posting is subject to TikTok approval and is not guaranteed to be available.

Your accounts and content

Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You remain responsible for workspace access, the content and rights you supply, audience and disclosure settings, and the posts you approve or schedule. You grant us permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions. You keep ownership of your content.

Before submitting or scheduling a post, review the account, preview, caption, media, audience, time and required advertising or AI disclosures. Scheduling authorises the service to attempt publication at the selected time without a further manual confirmation. Ensure you have any required copyright, music, likeness and other permissions. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unauthorised account access, unlawful content or violations of a network's rules.

Third-party platforms and publishing results

Use of each connected network is also governed by its terms, including TikTok's Terms of Service. A scheduled or submitted post is not a guarantee of publication. Expired connections, platform review, rate limits, outages or policy restrictions may delay or reject posts. Check publishing status and resolve failures before retrying to avoid duplicates. We do not guarantee reach, engagement or uninterrupted platform access.

Disconnecting and ending service

You can disconnect a channel or revoke permissions at the network. Cancel any pending posts you no longer want published. Disconnecting does not remove content already published. For deletion of stored connection information or content, follow the connected-account section of our Privacy Policy or email [email protected]. Subscription prices and cancellation options are shown in the service and checkout. We may restrict access to address abuse, security concerns or network requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

End-user use is only through the M3DS AI service.

No copying, modifying, reverse engineering, distributing, sublicensing or commercial use without a paid written licence; enquiries to [email protected].

Provided without warranty; liability capped at the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
